Taskable Support
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Taskable is an AI-assisted time-tracking service for projects and teams. The Taskable Microsoft Teams app and WhatsApp assistant let connected users review tasks and time entries and propose new, changed or deleted time records in conversation. Taska, the assistant, displays a summary for review before it changes a time record.
Get support
For help with the Taskable service or its Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp assistants, email info@taskable.app.
Include the following information so we can investigate:
- your Taskable account email and organization name;
- whether you used Taskable on the web, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp;
- what you expected, what happened and the approximate date and time; and
- a screenshot or exact error message, after removing confidential information.
Never send your password, access token or pairing code to support. Pairing codes are credentials and should be treated as confidential.
Connect the Taskable Microsoft Teams app
- Open the Taskable app in Microsoft Teams personal scope.
- Send a message to Taska. The assistant will explain that the account is not connected.
- Sign in to Taskable in your browser and open your profile/avatar menu.
- Select Connect Microsoft Teams and generate a pairing code.
- Paste the complete code into the Teams chat, including the organization prefix and dot.
A pairing code is single-use and can expire. Generate a new code if Taska reports that the previous code is invalid, expired or already used.
Use Taskable in Teams
my taskslists tasks available to the connected Taskable account.this weekreviews the user's time entries for the current week.- A message such as
2h on the Acme migration todayprepares a time entry. - Updates and deletions also display the selected record before requesting confirmation.
disconnectremoves the Taskable account connection from that Teams chat.
Taska can only access data permitted for the connected Taskable user. Existing time records remain in Taskable after the Teams connection is removed.
Troubleshooting
Taska does not recognize the pairing code
Copy the entire code without spaces, including the part before the dot. If it still fails, generate a new code in Taskable and use it only once.
Taska asks you to connect again
The Taskable session may have expired or been disconnected. Generate a new pairing code from Connect Microsoft Teams in Taskable and paste it into the chat.
A project or task is missing
Send my tasks to check what the connected account can access. If the task is not
listed, ask your Taskable organization administrator to check staffing and permissions.
A time entry was interpreted incorrectly
Do not confirm it. Restate the task, date, duration or description, then review the revised summary. Taska uses AI and can produce inaccurate or unexpected results.
An audio message cannot be transcribed
Retry with a short, clear recording or send the request as text. Taska replies in text after processing supported Teams audio messages.
Report an inappropriate AI response
Email info@taskable.app with the approximate time, platform and response. Do not include passwords, tokens, pairing codes or unnecessary personal data. Users should review every proposed action before confirming it.
Privacy and data removal
Read the Taskable Privacy Policy for information about personal data, connected assistants, AI processing and retention. To request deletion, follow the Taskable data deletion instructions or email privacy@taskable.app.
