GDPR Deletion Request

Under the GDPR you have the right to request erasure of the personal data we hold about you (the "right to be forgotten"). This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens next.
How to request deletion
Send an email to the address below using the exact subject line shown. The subject line lets us route your request automatically to the correct team, so please don't change it.

What happens next
- Your email is automatically routed to the team responsible for handling deletion requests.
- We identify the personal data associated with your account or contact details.
- All of your data is deleted within a fortnight (14 days) of receiving your request.
Good to know
- Please send your request from the email address associated with your data so we can verify your identity.
- We may need to retain a limited amount of data where the law requires us to (for example, to meet accounting or legal obligations).
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
